Just want to say thank you to all the staffs... Maraj, Nagla, Matildah and Stanly, to also include several others Sajid the room cleaner, that made our stay a pleasant one. We appreciate you all. The Location was ideal, about 3-5 minutes walk across the way from the Emirates Mall. And very local/central to lots of nearby activities entertainment. The rooms are cleaned daily if you do desires and Sajid was always very pleasant. The hotel itself is a very relaxing environment with a rooftop swimming pool. The hotel lounge is a calm and relaxed atmosphere to just relax and unwind if you don't want to be up in your room all the time and you don't want to go out. Though there was building work going on outside it did not disturb the peace and quietness of the hotel inside. The rooms could do with some updating, however....the beds/mattress were very comfortable and produced really good night sleep. I find the toilet space quite tiny. The small inside cupboard fridge/cooler can do with an update as they weren't really fit for purpose. The first one wasn't working and the replacement stopped working day two. Overall, our stay was half board and was worthwhile. Breakfast was buffet style, delicious and was an array of choices, so was dinner. The team in the dining...Nagla, Stanley, Matildah and several other...was always very pleasant, courteous, helpful and willing and ready to assist. Overall, we did enjoy our stay there. We definitely would be happy to stay there again. Ps. Novotel does do a free shuttle to Kite Jumeirah Beach ⛱️🏖️.

Enjoyed my stay here. My room was clean and tidy. Sabul cleaned room well. Staff in general very polite and attentive. Would definitely stay here again.

Хорошее отношение к гостям, по условиям проживания, постельные принадлежности для третьего гостя (ребенка) могли быть не предоставлены, однако нам их выдали. Спасибо. Мы прибыли в отель в 10:00, нас попросили подождать не больше часа и предоставили номер не дожидаясь времени заселения. Большое спасибо.
