Несколько раз с семьей и друзьями жили в этом отеле, удобное расположение к Mall of Emirates, отель предоставляет трансфер на Кайт бич ( понедельник, среда, пятница)

Housekeeping service doesn't meet my expectations

The housekeeping service wasn't up to my expectations. They frequently forget essential such as water bottles,hand soap refill even cleaning the bathroom. Looking forward to improve that matter for future clients . Important Note : One of the housekeeping members request me to make a review and provide the hotel 5 stars which isn't professional way at all !

Front Desk at its Worst!

The front desk staff are impolite and not easy to deal with, they make things complicated. Been to many hotels in Dubai and this is by far the worst, Novotel on Sheikh Zayed is way better. Room and location was great. The food options are good too.
