Visiting Dubai for few days, I choose this Hotel for the price/location values. On a "Dubai price scale", the value was quite interesting along the location "between" the Marina and "financial" aera. Access to/from the Metro station was quite easy with only one road (2 times 2 lanes) to be crossed "freestyle", otherwise there are pedestrian ways and trafic lights. I would say room to train should be 12 or 14 minutes by foot. Using Metro can make you save a lot of time and trouble in the trafic depending your directions and hours... And if you need anything, then the Mall of the Emirates is just nearby! Also, beeing in the "middle" between the two main aeras of Dubai makes it more easy to go around the city (some time with a small break in the room in between). The atmosphere is calm and the hotel cleanliness is very satisfying. You can sleep very well without suffering from outside noise level. Large comfortable bed made nights restful A large breakfast choice is offered and this is quite rare for Ibis Hotel. This was a nice touch and positive start of day. Not to be forgotten the staff friendlyness and also smiling cleaning staff who could provide me with some good stock of water (thank you as I drink water a lot)!

Отель неплохой, понравилось что внизу есть отличный ресторан с приветливым персоналом и просторное лобби Большой минус это странная оплата за поздний выезд (мне нужно было выехать в 8 вечера, мне сказали проплатить как за сутки (даже не половина суток) Так как есть голд карта ACCOR поздний выезд могут предоставить бесплатно до 6 вечера , то есть за два часа с 6 вечера до 8 нужно платить за сутки сверху 🤷‍♀️ Также мне пришлось названивать много раз и бегать с ребенком на руках на ресепшен 3 раза так как должны были перестелить постельное белье, но housekeeping то ли игнорировал сообщение от ресепшена то ли был не в курсе Про систему Welcome drink тоже к сожалению никто не в курсе Но самое главное есть и плюсы , парень на ресепшене всегда был вежлив при общении (вроде зовут Kevin) и старался помочь, в отличии от девушки(она просто игнорировала мое присутствие, хотя было очевидно что я пришла на ресепшен не просто так) house keeping перестеливший кровать тоже много раз сказали sorry, ребята стараются, похвально С поздним выездом в итоге договорились, хоть и пришлось с маленьким ребенком выезжать раньше

The location is good and is just at 5 mins walking distance from the hotel and has great food places , supermarkets , spas and cafeterias .... the atmosphere is really nice . Although one downside i would like to mention is that the room walls are too thin that u can hear everything from outside. The bed was a disappointment because it was too small for 2 people and was not a king size as it had been mentioned ... the price was good and affordable with great service. The cleanliness was good overall but the towels looked really used . The service was good overall , especially by the reception staff maryam and reena . The amenties were normal . The fun part was the lobby which i really liked . Overall , it was a good experience here

Had an amazing time at the newly opened McGettigan’s in ibis Mall Avenue, Al Barsha 🍻 The food and drinks were great, the ambiance was perfect, and we really appreciated the clearly designated smoking and non-smoking areas. A special thanks to Susan, Mobin, Sithu, and the rest of the team — the staff were extremely accommodating and attentive, which made the experience even better. Overall, an excellent experience — highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back!
