I usually stay here because its one of the few hotels in Oxford that has a car park, However they neglected to tell me that since my last stay they have built an Annex so that there is space for maybe 6 cars only now. Upon arrival I was told that spaces were first come first served, then told that the one space free was booked. Upon leaving I had to wait maybe 15 mins for a staff member to move theri car that was blocking me Unlikely I'll ever stay again.

Great location, great breakfast. I asked for a room with a bath, this was not possible. I asked for a room far away from the lift and I was very close to the lift. The room was for a disabled person so the wash basin was at thigh level which made it very difficult to wash my face. The overhead shower was very poor pressure and the shower on the handrail did not come up high enough for me to be able to wash my hair! Not a very well thought out allocation! Otherwise, the room itself was fine.

Loved the place, very clean and accommodating staff. Definitely will go back here. Also the breakfast food/other food, they're all delicious! Close to tourists spots like harry potter since and westgate mall

Premises beautifully decorated to create a holiday feeling. Staff very friendly while professional and accommodating at all times. Room was spacious and clean. Well maintained (wall paint in excellent condition). Bed was very comfortable

The hotel is ideally located for a vacation in Oxford, being situated on the High St. And just a few minutes walk from the shopping centre and restaurants, with a good bus service and a stop nearby. The room was comfortable and the staff friendly and very helpful. Please be aware that this is an old and probably a listed building and lift access is not available for all rooms.
