We're glad to hear that you appreciated our central location—being close to the Botanic Gardens and the city centre is certainly one of the highlights of staying with us. We’re sorry to hear that parts of your stay didn’t meet expectations. We understand the difficulty of navigating Oxford’s complex road system, and while we offer parking options, we know it can be a challenge in the city centre. Your feedback on room temperature and ventilation is particularly valuable, and we’re actively reviewing options to improve guest comfort during warmer months. Due to our central location, some rooms do experience more of the hustle and bustle of Oxford life, especially those facing High Street.
