Awful check in experience - think they had already allocated my room to someone else - despite the fact I had helped them by checking in online. Made to sit and wait whilst it was all sorted out and no apology. Room (Privilege ) was baking hot due to a radiator on full that couldn’t be turned down or off. Windows wouldn’t open. The room had a fan in which we needed to use to get any sleep - this was in December and it was near freezing outside yet there we were with a radiator pumping out heat and the madness of us having to use a fan- Have Accor it heard of thermostats? It’s plastered everywhere about Accors Green credentials but this was a massive waste of energy. Checkout was just as messy- lad on reception doing his best but clearly not trained enough to be left on his own and not his fault.
