Stayed here for one night to attend a party in a nearby hotel. Wasn't the best but the staff were friendly. There were a lot of people staying as emergency housing and the room smelt of wet dog. The bed was a timber creaky structure. The room was clean although carpet was filthy with stains. The towels looked used in the bathroom and looked like they hadn't been replaced from the previous guests. The people staying whilst waiting for housing were in the bar area in their pyjamas and it felt like we were staying at a hostel more than a hotel. Wasn't worth the money paid and would not consider this hotel in the future. Quite disappointed really as stayed at many ibis hotels without fault previously.

While we're known for our cleanliness, it seems we missed the mark in your room's carpet condition – rest assured, this isn't the norm. Our towel policy ensures they're replaced only when on the floor, so what you encountered seems unusual. It's also worth mentioning that our hotel serves a diverse clientele, including those in need of emergency housing, and we strive to make everyone's stay comfortable. Please note our housing guests are not allowed pets. Pets are welcome only with our hotel guests that are here for other purposes. Oh dear, the staff are still friendly and helpful. The room we had was grubby, one of the sockets would not work, the toilet had not been cleaned and there was a horrid smell in the bath room. It is a shame this has always been our preferred choice when visiting Swansea, I feel we may well not return to this hotel.

Wonderful find . Clean room great facilities. We came to drop our daughter down at the university. Pet friendly free parking but big shout out to the friendly staff especially Tom . He is a brilliant asset to the hotel friendly and goes above and beyond . Will definitely return second time now stayed with Ibis will definitely be first choice when looking for the next outing . Thank you

Lovely hotel, me and my partner booked the weekend away and we both enjoyed it, the staff were amazing and so was the evening meal we had at the restaurant, full English breakfast was served in the morning which again was very nice, we will definitely stay at the ibis hotel again.

I recently stayed at Ibis Swansea with my friend for our holiday in Wales. We had one of the best experiences ever during our stay at Ibis. We were moved by the exceptional customer service from the staff and their genuine care. From room cleanliness to breakfast and the hotel's perfect location, everything about this place was fantastic. I can't express enough how much we appreciated the staff who went above and beyond to make our trip truly special. Special mention to the lovely hotel manager, Kate, and her entire team who helped us plan our trip, offering suggestions about local places and travel ideas. A huge thanks to Oliver, Nicola, Maria, Linda, and others who made our stay memorable. This stay will always remain close to our hearts, and we wish to return to meet the lovely people there again. I highly recommend this place to anyone!
