We regret that your arrival was delayed, and we understand how frustrating it can be when accommodations do not meet expectations, particularly regarding room temperature. Your comfort is our priority, and we will address this issue with our housekeeping team to ensure that all rooms are adequately prepared for our guests. We also appreciate your comments about the bar atmosphere and wine selection. It is concerning to hear that there was a lack of music and that we did not have the wines available as listed on our menu. Furthermore, we apologize for not having gluten-free food options readily available during your stay. We sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet your expectations and appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. We are deeply sorry to hear about the condition of your room, including cleanliness issues such as stained carpets, a cracked sink, and other maintenance problems that detracted from your stay. Please be assured that we take these matters seriously; we will address them with our housekeeping and maintenance teams immediately to ensure improvements are made. We understand how challenging it can be for guests traveling with pets or those who may have mobility limitations when there is no lift available. We strive to communicate all relevant information during booking, and we regret any oversight on our part regarding this matter. Additionally, we apologize for the disruption caused by the wedding reception during your visit; it is never our intention for events to interfere with our guests' comfort. Your comments about the temperature in the restaurant/bar area have been noted as well—we will look into ways to better manage this situation in future events.
