There was plenty of room to park on the day we visited this hotel. It is in an attractive setting on the edge of Rochdale with pleasant views. The room was clean and spacious with both a bath and a shower. I enjoyed the leisure facilities, including the pool which were free to use. All the staff were very friendly and professional.

We had our amazing day hosted by Norton grange hotel .we could not of asked for more it was truly amazing from start to finish .All the staff was so professional and polite treated us with up most respect.A big thankyou to general manager Rama he was amazing from moment we arrived. Charlotte our wedding co ordinator could not of done it without you, organised the whole day with me.Mohammed who gave the extra touches to make our day extra special. I would give Carol K an ABCD award. Above and beyond the call of duty! You are simply the best! She always provides us with fresh tea and coffee and ensures snacks replenished throughout the day. The chacon buttys on a morning are out of this world!

I would strongly advise against using this facility. My locker was broken into, and my belongings were stolen. Instead of offering any assistance or even a basic apology, both the staff and management were completely dismissive. The manager, in particular, was rude and unprofessional, showing zero concern for the situation. Instead of addressing my complaint, I was met with hostility and ultimately banned from the facility. To make matters worse, after this happened, two other members told me their lockers had also been broken into just the week before, and nothing was done about it. This establishment clearly does not take security seriously, nor does it care about its customers. Absolutely disgraceful service—avoid this place at all costs!

Das Hotel ist kein 08/15 Kettenhotel. Historisches Gebäude mit Flair. Es liegt "etwas" außerhalb, daher benötigt man ein Auto, wenn man nicht im Hotel essen möchte. Essen hervorragend und zu empfehlen. Gym sehr gut ausgestattet. Immer gerne wieder
