Regarding the card on file, we did not charge a security deposit. Instead, we uploaded a card on file as a guarantee, which is a standard procedure for all guests and is listed as one of the requirements at check-in when making the booking. This policy helps ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests. For dining and entertainment, there are several local restaurants and venues nearby. Options include Hart's Bakery for delicious pastries and coffee, and The Knights Templar for a great pub experience. These are just a short walk from the hotel. We apologize for the discomfort caused by the beds, lack of blackout blinds, and the small bathroom. We will take your feedback into account as we work on improvements.
