Stay and Food was very good. Rooms had decent area and nice interiors. Breakfast menu was Very good and services also Nice!. Reception experience is not great as got so much delayed while checkin and check out as well!!!. Need sImprovement.

Always great welcome by front office team and breakfast taste wise excellent but it was routine and good service by chandu& nazeer,nandini,raviteja and Jugendar from House keeping I'll suggest ibis for best business trip overall excellent in ibis

This IBIS Hitec City Hyderabad has become the worst hotel I have ever been. I am writing this review while I'm still staying at the hotel as the hotel staff have managed to irritate me to that extent and pushed me to the end of my limits. They have charged Rs.8550 for a twin room for one night and have given us probably what is just a spare room or even worse than that. 1. The twin room which has two single beds, which I assume is for two people, had only one towel. What logic is that ? 2. The restaurant said it would take about 20 to 25 minutes to get me 2 plates and cutlery. When asked why, they asked me to adjust as they had several orders. I just decided to go and get it myself. The plates that were supposed to come, never came. I dont think my face has the hotel number printed that they assumed I went and got it myself. So, either they intended to never send it or they lied about the several requests and I was the only one who had asked for plates. 3. When my husband went to the bar, the supposed to be manager of the hotel - one Mr.Sairam asked him to go to a 5-star hotel if he wants liquor after 11pm. When my husband said he would escalate his behavior and attitude, he said I'm the manager and there is no one else above me who you can complain to. Wow, what a capable and customer friendly manager this hotel has. He must be hand-picked !! 4. It took them more than 2 hours to get me 2 extra pillows which I had politely requested at the front desk due to my leg pain. They asked me to use one that is in the cupboard and it turned out to be completely stained. I'm sure and can bet my money, that stain was from keeping that pillow in the cupboard shelf for years. THIS HOTEL IS TERRIBLE ! PLEASE THINK BEFORE YOU BOOK !

Chambre agréable - petit souci d’eau chaude et de débit à la douche - beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner. Le staff est convivial, à l’écoute et serviable. La chambre était très propre.
