Amazing stay in Novotel Casablanca very nice view of the mosq and sea. Nice breakfast at the restaurant. Rooms are clean and good amenities I recommend it for all lover's of Casablanca for a holiday or Alo as a business trip

This hotel is a sorry example of a Novotel/Accor. Zero amenities in the rooms reception is always empty n if u call nobody answers. Good location though. When you ask for directions their standard answer is “across the street!!

This is the third hotel after I had a bad experience at another Accor property, I deliberately paid more to hope for better service. when checking in I asked, with all due respect whether you can honor my reservation with a complimentary breakfast or not. ps I know Accor doesn't give free breakfast no matter how high your status is and this is my biggest mistake booking at Accor because Accor is the worst hotel program I've had, compared to the Marriot and Hilton programs. the staff said, he would ask his superior because he had no rights, I said if possible please inform immediately. Until the next day I asked reception again they said their superior had not come and I asked, can you call and ask him, and they I said I would ask, I said BF would be finished before 10 o'clock, the solution they gave was, you can come to the restaurant if it's not on honor, that means you just pay, if you have doubts, then you don't have to come and have breakfast there. I was very surprised to hear answers that weren't convincing and I felt like I was begging for free breakfast and that also wasn't necessarily approved, do star hotels like Novotel have a proper answer like that to platinum members? Just so you know, to get platinum status we have to stay at least 60 days, and this is how they serve guests?? Until 10 o'clock after breakfast was finished, the staff who promised to ask superiors until now still don't give news, stay at the hotel and I have to pay around Euro 160 feels very nothing with bad service given, is it difficult to ask the superior directly or ask another superior on duty, if Accor is really too stingy to be loyal to his guests, just say from the start that you don't want to honor free breakfast for me and that's all done I can ask to cancel and find a hotel with a loyalty program that is much more humane for his loyal customers, oh yeah and also the cleaning staff came into my room twice without knocking, or maybe knocked once and immediately opened it without waiting for 3x and where did you call it from but this went straight into the room, I was barely dressed, really very surprised, especially when someone entered female and I male. really accor 4 star service with a room for 160 euros like this?? I will never come back to this hotel or property accor again i will stop and avoid. As much as possible I will finish my points and anti-choose your hotels.

The location of the hotel is ideal. Staff is very kind and assisted me in every request very efficiently. To be improved the beds (mat was really tough and quality of sleep not great) as well as the overall cleanliness of the rooms. Breakfast was okay but lacking meat options. Gym is okay although needs to be refurbished.

Novotel, Casablanca - Dirty Towels, Leaking Sink, Broken shower Handle and Locked in the Toilet.

We stayed at Novotel in March 2023, during our holiday in Morocco. We were three in the family and had two rooms. On our first day we found that the towels they have left in our room were used and dirty. When we pointed this to the receptionist he just said " Oh ok we will send sone new towels soon". It was like that he could not care less. Our son who stayed in the second room was locked in the toilet. When he went in to the toilet and closed the door the door handle has broken. He slowly managed to take the handle out and turn the lock manually. We found out that the door handle was fixed using a piece of toilet paper. No screws. The old shower handle in our room was broken. The sink was leaking with water spreading around the bathroom floor. Food was not much to talk about too. When we asked for a coffee the people working at the restaurant point out the coffee machine in the other side of the room. Not a memorable stay.
