Очень приятный отель! Но подушка была с запахом хлора, было сложно заснуть на такой подушке.

I had a great stay during my time at Casablanca, clean, very nice people, close to the old city of Casablanca as well as the rest of the attractions to be seen.

Poor service and facilities

The room facilities old and dirty, small and uncomfortable space, Staff at reception demonstrated poor service. Towels worn out, toilet 1×1 m, no bidet or Shattaf to self wash in the toilet, parking is not easily available and not convenient

Sparsely furnished, few plugs by bed. Cheap motel like room. 2-star at best. Pillows were incredibly small and flat--basically non-existent. Pillows should have been thrown out 10 years ago. Good location but otherwise not restful/relaxing in room.

This has to be the worst Novotel I have ever stayed at. I have been a Accor customer for more years than I can remember. We asked for a early check in so I could do some work. Despite being a silver member at the moment ( I have been a gold and platinum) they charged about 65 euros for the privilege despite the room being ready. The bed linen was filthy the towels as well and they were falling apart worn out. We went to the bar for a drink, it did not look much of a bar and we were told there was only beer no spirits. So we went to the IBIS next door where we were well looked after. We came back to the Novotel and the bed linen had been changed for clean and clean towels. It was very cold so we put the AC on heat but it was cold so no sleep and also the pillows were hard. So no sleep and the ventilator in the bathroom was noisy and did not switch off when the lights were turned off. The room was for a disabled person and when my wife had a shower and the water filled the bathroom as the drain away was not working properly. I needed the toilet but did not dare walk in the bathroom for fear of slipping on the flooded floor. We have complained yet again and gone to the Ibis. We tried on numerous occasion to call the reception from the room but no answer. I will also mention that after booking this hotel I emailed them regarding a disabled room. I had no reply. Clearly management need need to take charge of this hotel and make some changes immediately to make it work as a Novotel should do.
