Big room but lack of service. The restaurant at 16 floor has good food and sevice. The meeting room is ok-ish but the coffee brack snacks are really good. Guest relation is very nice :)

All hotel staff are very helpful, warm and solution oriented. I would like to particularly thank the chef de concierge Monsieur Hassan Zouhdy for all the efforts he put into getting back my luggage that was lost by the airline. His help was immense. A million thanks again!
