Die Lage ist toll, das war‘s aber auch schon. Zimmer sind extrem abgewohnt, Teppich dreckig, zur Klobürste erspare ich Details. Frühstück ist akzeptabel, mehr aber auch nicht. Insgesamt den Charme einer in die Jahre gekommenen Jugendherberge 🥹

Das Betten wurden nur bei Nachfrage gemacht ebenso war es bei den Handtüchern. Das Bad wurde die ganze Woche nicht gereinigt !!! Das Servicepersonal wollte und konnte kein deutsch verstehen. Beim Frühstück wurde bereits um 9.30 schon nichts mehr aufgelegt war der Topf mit rührei leer musste man dann beim Personal explizit um ein Rührei bitten während die miniwürstchen unbedingt um Aufnahme bettelten wie lange die schon in diesem Topf lagen keine Ahnung Laut Öffnungszeiten im Hotel wäre die Bar bis 0.00 Uhr geöffnet bereits um 22.00 sagte die Angestellte die Bar ist geschlossen auf ihre Art Dieses Hotel sieht uns nie mehr wieder

Super Lage, da im Zentrum. Leider ist der Straßenlärm durchgedrungen. Das Frühstück war zwar vielfältig, hätte aber bei einigen Speisen bessere Qualität erwartet. Personal und Saubereit waren sehr gut.

Seit 20 Jahren komme ich fast jährliche 1 mal in dieses Hotel. Während meines diesjährigen 4-tägigen Aufendhaltes war der gesamte öffentliche Bereich(ausser dem Speisesaal) ein Bereich regem Baubetriebes. Der Empfangbereich war provisorisch. Die Bar einschliesslich aller Sitzmöglichkeiten fehlten komplett.

Unfortunately, your visit coincided exactly with the week when our reception was being relocated to a temporary area. In addition, our bar was temporarily moved into the restaurant, which understandably limited the usual atmosphere and seating options. We sincerely regret the inconvenience this caused during your stay. Saubere und schöne Zimmer. Reception wurde gerade renoviert deshalb mache Zugänge beschränkt (zb Aufzug)

Elevators are operating between the cellar and the 7th floor as usual, at the moment the elevators are not stopping at the ground floors, aso the guests can access the reception/breakfast area via the first floor through the staircase or from the cellar.
