The continental meal was not up to mark , no chips in fish and chips, soup was half spilled by the time we got it, didn't taste too well, dessert in the Indian and continental meal was just a basic pastry, couldn't get hot water, took too much time had to leave early, although the front office staff was kind enough to allow an early check-in and over all the staff was courteous and professional, good room. The rooms were not up to the mark . And the food was very bad .

Good neat & clean hotel but rooms and bathrooms are very small

Hi, this is my 1st stay in ibis Hotel in India. Its a good hotel neat n clean but size of rooms are very small n bathroom is like boxes only. Worst thing is mattress on the bed which is very soft which take you deeply inside while sleeping n you will not feel comfortable at all. As I'm having back problems my condition goes worst. Lastly I sleep at ground with blanket down as mattress. No ceilings fan which make more discomfort. Why hotel owners are not thinking that if a person use to sleep under fan and ac both then how can he sleep without fan suddenly? Other technical point ac is working day night winter n summer but if you put ceiling fan as optional you are saving more electricity in winter and if a person can sleep without ac he can use fan n sleep n save your electricity bills which will be a big amount at the end of the year. My advice if hotel owners take seriously they can save a big amount of electricity bill and can do a very good thing. This amount they can pay as a bonus to hotel staff. Or at least half of the amount they can pay. Dear hotel owners think we'll on my advice this is a free advice but can save your millions. Make bathroom size little big please As I have seen in oman Also same problem of bathroom and ceiling fan. I think all IBIS hotel are same design. I request please keep some rooms with hard mattress or orthopaedic mattresses at least 10% of your costmors can sleep peacefully. One staff made little help he gave me a padastle fan then I got little slepp at floor without any mattress. In pune I use to stay PHOINIX HOTEL but this time my meeting was in kharadi area that's why I book IBIS which becomes terrible for me. Hope you may consider my request and make some changes. Terrible arrival and checkin experience. Worst front desk staff ever come across. No sense of service. While most hotels are finding it difficult in covid times and occupancy levels are minimal, such bad attitude and inconsiderate behavior is unjust , unwarranted, uncalled for and must be dealt with utmost seriousness by hotel management.

At the time of booking IBIS on-sells extra benefit package however redeeming those benefits is extremely painful and the fine print is NOT detailed at the time of booking, check-in or order. Do not be surprised if you are also charged on your account for the inclusions in the extra benefits.

Poor restaurant service

Restaurant service needs to be improved a lot. The Staff there are not maintaining proper hygiene and serving food in the room without covering the platters. Tea/Coffee is being served in an uncovered mug that is being carried from restaurant to the room and by the time it reaches to the guests, the tea/coffee is cold. Restaurant staff seemed adamant to the guests and not willing to adapt the guests demand.

Comfortable stay with adequate facilities. Good breakfast spread, friendly and helpful staff; supportive front desk. Location very close to an upscale mall. Valet parking was available. Environment conscious in approach without compromising on facilities.
