In general the experience was fair. Positive aspects are the nice service of the staff. Negative aspects: the quality of cleaning the spaces, smell, shared spaces can be largely improved. Tables in the restaurant are sticky and the room is not always thoroughly cleaned. The food availability is too industrial and too sweat ! Diabetes is a common desease that requires healthy non sweat meals. Your menu in all meals is not friendly to people with restrictions. A gymnase could provide a better service.

Overall was good, but few things that could be improved or better: checkin takes long time to be completed. I arrived there and there was a huge line. Took some good time for me to checkin. The other thing is in the bathroom, the support that we use to put shampoo, soap, in the shower box is very small.

My experience The restaurant service is the worst I have ever seen in my travels. I have a Gold Accor card and I use it in Brazil today, but I intend to use it briefly in Europe. Sorry for commenting negatively on a hotel service. But I understand it is necessary to improve the services

Excellent. From the moment I arrived the receptionist who spoke English was helpful and polite. On day 2 I had an accident and needed medical attention. Again this girl (I can’t remember her name) could not have done anymore to help me. Please pass on my compliments and thanks to her.

I am a regular business traveler so I am quite used to stay at the Ibis around Brazil and some other countries, actually I have been in Arena das Dunas not less than 5 times in 2018. Unfortunately I have to say Ibis "Arena das Duna"s is the worst experience I have had in Ibis. Specially due to the restaurant. -Just simple dinner will takes at least 50 minutes.("We have just one cook, sorry") -Pretty common to forget to send you the electronic invoice after your stay. But when they finally send (after a couple of emails requesting it), it could be wrong. Happened two times! Natal city is famous among some Brazilians big cities to have a bad Customer Service, I am quite used to that, I had lived there for two years, but local culture surely is not an excuse for such fairly lack of attention to the customer. Ibis Arena das Dunas have just started the operations and already has a huge space to improvement.

OK. But a little "amateur" feeling by check in. Probably a new employee. But: I had made reservation for a room with 2 single beds, and I got a double bed room. As my reservation was "months" in advance, this wasn't what I expected. Very surprising good breakfast.
