The Wi-Fi signal didn't work. The breakfast was poor, not too much variety. The air-conditioning had no options to change the temperature manually (it was set to 19 degrees and wasn't able to be comfortable enough - i woke up sometimes during the night because of the summer sensation in the room). I also think that it is not proper ask for a $7 for parking, once you are already paying $250 for staying. The television was also with something green on its screen. This was the second time i checked in there. Not going back anymore.

Very comfortable stay. Found the staff very helpful and accommodating to all requests . Breakfast was excellent . Only stayed a short time but would recommend this property . Rates were reasonable and location only a short ride to Main beach

To whom it may concern in Accor group. We stayed at Ibis Natal for one night 24.02 - 25.02. I had used the online check in to have a easy access to our stay. This was a really good service offered by Ibis, as our arrival was late night. (Around 11PM). But, when arriving the hotel, following happened: The attendant in the check in desk started doing all over again. He asked for our passports (ok if for ID), but he noticed all details at the booking site. The key, that was promised ready for us, was of cause not ready. The payment Ibis promised could be done after I had received an invoice was absolutely not possible. In spite I had noticed my credit card at the online check in site, I had to present the card for payment before getting the key. The guy in the check in did not speak one word English, what of cause did not make any conversation possible as my Portuguese is rather limited. I have for some years been a member of your reward system. I can't understand why my account was "charged" -118 points Jan 20th?

Good hotel. Location is good: many alternatives nearby to have breakfast, shopping centers and well connected to the main motorways. The beach is far away and hard to reach. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Services are sufficient but could improve: we spent one night without water in the WC and the lady forgot to clean the room one day. Breakfast is not very good: not very much food alternatives and not tasty. I recommend this hotel for a short stay and the cost-benefit is acceptable. I would stay again at this hotel.

In general the experience was fair. Positive aspects are the nice service of the staff. Negative aspects: the quality of cleaning the spaces, smell, shared spaces can be largely improved. Tables in the restaurant are sticky and the room is not always thoroughly cleaned. The food availability is too industrial and too sweat ! Diabetes is a common desease that requires healthy non sweat meals. Your menu in all meals is not friendly to people with restrictions. A gymnase could provide a better service.

Overall was good, but few things that could be improved or better: checkin takes long time to be completed. I arrived there and there was a huge line. Took some good time for me to checkin. The other thing is in the bathroom, the support that we use to put shampoo, soap, in the shower box is very small.

My experience The restaurant service is the worst I have ever seen in my travels. I have a Gold Accor card and I use it in Brazil today, but I intend to use it briefly in Europe. Sorry for commenting negatively on a hotel service. But I understand it is necessary to improve the services
