Last time I stayed here it was purely a Budget, but this time it was next door to a Styles which you could use, ie Bar etc. We booked a family room but sadly it was nowhere near the size of the room we'd booked previously. Otherwise we had a great stay and all the staff helpful.

Quiet and warm shelter against bad weather and high prices. Positive impression grew every day. I had all I needed inside and outwards. I left with a feeling, that a few days of stay was not enough...

Breakfast very good. Location a bit of a treck from places to eat fir tired travellers. Staff mostly very friendly and helpful. Rooms fine. A quiet good night's sleep. Gave up on internet when I had trouble connecting with my new laptop.

The room was not clean, bedding had stains, mattress very uncomfortable. The room was meant to be for 3/4 people, but only included a double bed and sofa bed which was extremely small for an adult and very uncomfortable (you could feel the hard springs) and no covers or pillows were offered for the 3rd/4th person. Also, the bathroom was very small and toilet smelt bad!

Hotel located in a residential area of Thonon-les-Bains. Quiet neighborhood, far away from busy roads. There is not much around, a car is needed. Free parking in front of the hotel. Quick check-in. Comfort is basic as you can expect from the Ibis Budget brand. But you get the essentials. The room was clean. You can open the window but not completely. Air conditioning is available, but it relatively noisy. Internet is free, but it is slow. Good breakfast for the price, except for the orange juice.
