Ambiente chico para desayunar ,siempre había demora para ingresar ,muy poca variedad de frutas El personal era poco amigable ala hora de hacer una consulta ya que hablamos español y no nos entendían Todas las mañanas que estuvimos ahí nos despertó el servicio de limpieza invadiendo nuestra privacidad alas 9 am ,abriendo la puerta , y preguntando " requiere limpieza " La verdad que no volvería a novohotel

Los ascensores no funcionaban bien y me parecio ridiculo el uso de gorra de baño en la pileta..Ningun canal de TV de habla hispana....Falta coneccion a alguna platsforma digital (Netflix u otra)

We were desperately searching for new accommodation after spending one night out of three that we had booked in what turned out to be an awful BandB in Salerno. This one has availability for the same day so we quickly booked it without really reading the reviews, some of which may have put me off. What a relief when we arrived here though. The hotel is located a little out of the way but there is a bus stop less than five minutes away and you can be in the town centre in about 15-20 minutes. There are restaurants within walking distance of the hotel and a supermarket. The rooms were clean and quiet and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and attentive and happy to help. The breakfast provided had a good selection and was very nice. Pool area was well maintained and had a lifeguard on duty. Sunbeds and tables and chairs were readily available around the area. Overall we had a really lovely couple of days here.

We stayed here as a couple for two nights. The staff were generally nice and the room was ok for 2 nights. The hotel really is isolated. If you don’t have a car you’ll pay a lot for taxis and uber etc. We did a day trip to Amalfi which was doable but if we went back would stay somewhere in one of the towns. The food menu is very limited and the restaurant has a mouldy smell which I found really off putting. There are no Accorplus discounts for food for anyone in this program fyi if you don’t know. One thing they really did well was manage the hygiene of their pool making everyone shower before going in and people with hair have to wear a swim cap which we haven’t seen before. Feels strange but the water did feel and look super clean. Overall not one of favourite Accor hotels at all.
