Very spacious and equipped room

The room is amazing with a huge space, sofa, table, chairs and equipped kitchen. The staff is very helpful. Good breakfast served until 11 am. The negative point was the housekeeping. They left wet dirty towels for two days in a roll and the cleaning of the room was not good

We had a fantastic time. Our car started to make a loud noise on the way to the hotel. The hotel staff rang up the garage and spoke on our behalf to get our car booked in(even though the garage was fully booked) . Hotel is spotless, perfect location, nice breakfast and wonderful staff. 100% recommend.

We were warmly welcomed at Reception and immediately advised of parking arrangements, which were very convenient. The room was more than adequate for our overnight stay. Proximity to the restaurants and other facilities on the redeveloped port area was much appreciated. Breakfast next morning was first class in our opinion. This is an excellent hotel which we are very happy to recommend. We plan to return to the area for a longer stay and look forward to re-visiting Novotel Suites.

A brilliant find. The hotel has had a recent makeover. Our room had a modern bathroom with shower and seperate bath. The loo is in another room. The bed is very comfortable and the sofa/dining table converts to another bed with a room divider curtain. There is a kitchen with hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, sink, coffee machine and dishwasher. Very well equipped. Lots of lighting options for the room. It is quiet and comfortable.

Hotel has been recently renovated. Only a short walk to centre of Rouen where we found a great French restaurant Hire breakfast in the morning was great. Lots of choice and the kids loved the pancake making machine alongside the huge tub of Nutella Would recommend!
