Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits rassuré par l’enseigne Pullman et c’était catastrophique Pas de piscine et nous n’avons à été prévenu, chambre pas prête (lit bébé qui n’était pas installé), couvre lit taché, évier défectueux, peintures tachée… Seul bon point le petit déjeuner qui était très bon C’était plutôt au niveau d’un formule 1 que d’un pullman Très déçu par ce séjour, je ne comprends pas comment un groupe comme Accor peut avoir des hôtels comme cela qui ternissent son image.

Excellent week-end passé en votre compagnie !! Suite exécutive au 21ème étage offrant une magnifique vue sur l'arrière ville de Kuching. Salon Business là aussi avec une vue, cette fois-ci sur le nord de Kuching. Je ne peux que recommander cet hôtel. Seul désagrément, l'hôtel est en rénovation, et donc la piscine n'est pas accessible. Fin des travaux prévu en début d'année prochaine.
