I don't even know where to start! We really didn't have any good hotel experiences on our round trip in Malaysia, but this hotel really topped everything! You walk into the reception hall and you immediately notice the disgusting odour, it smells old and musty. In my opinion, this is a health hazard. It can only come from mould! The rooms are spacious, but totally outdated and in need of renovation. During our three-day stay, the room was only cleaned once. The pool is also dirty. You can forget about breakfast. Everything here is ready-made, nothing is made with love. I even had hair on my plate! I really can't say much good, even the staff didn't seem very interested or obliging. It's an absolute mystery to me how this hotel can be part of the Pullman chain.
