Wow! The lobby is absolutely stunning — modern, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It gives such a fresh and elegant feel the moment you walk in. I really appreciate the comfortable seating and the warm, welcoming atmosphere created by the team.

First of all, the location is quite strategic, quite near the waterfront, very big & spacious lobby area although it's a lil bit hot during day. Had a nice experience from check-in. They provided praying mat and the air con already turned on so it's such a pleasant. The breakfast was full of variation from local to western. Quite shock with their laksa since it's really suitable with my taste bud. The pain au chocolate also surprisingly so nice. All the staffs are pretty helpful, totally will be staying at Pullman Kuching again for my next visit. Oh also, since it's still in renovating, but renovation did not make our stay uncomfortable. Looking forward to the new look once it's all done
