The Pullman was the best hotel stay I have had for years, providing outstanding quality on every level from the impeccable service all across the hotel, the expansive and luxurious room, excellent buffet breakfast, extraordinary amenities (pool, gym, reformer station) and wonderful cocktails at the Junction Bar. I would return just to spend a few nights here. Thank you for an outstanding stay!

Check-in was smooth, and impression wise the renovation to the place was really quite beautiful. We were upgraded as well at the counter from our Deluxe King, so it was all going good until we used the restroom which had a stinking odor coming from the floor drainage. Was mentioned to the concierge twice but no solution beyond air refreshener spray was provided, which made using the toilet quite a rough ride in the mornings and evenings. We also were told twice that our parking was validated, but ended up paying the per hour fee instead (not the worst thing, but was surprising).

I love the friendliness/hospitality of all the staff, from front office, to restaurant, to room service, fitness centre staff also. smiling all the time and always ready to help. special thanks to the general manager for sending me some fruits and kek lapis. the room was so spacious with modern twist and love the jakuzi and swimming pool and gym! oh how I wish you can put in more equipment in the gym tho. selection if breakfast buffet can be improve too. overall, I love staying in Pullman Kuching & definitely will visit again!

Overall, my experience at the hotel was comfortable. The room was pleasant, and the breakfast was good with a decent variety of choices.
However, I was disappointed with my experience for following aspect
Executive Lounge at the junction bar- The service and overall experience did not meet my expectations, especially considering the executive lounge benefits.
Sound-still can hear some sound from construction above around 8pm
Front desk- multiple time to reach them

The room itself is fantastic—fully equipped, neat, clean, and features two very comfortable beds with a view. The bathroom is spacious, offering a separate tub and shower with a large sink counter.
However, two main drawbacks ruined the experience: loud drilling noise from ongoing nearby construction and a strong, unpleasant smell coming from the toilet area (possibly travelling through the pipes/vents from adjacent rooms).

Had a great stay in Kuching, despite the cancellations of Kuching Marathon but Pullman really excelled in providing the most amazing staycation experience. Just that the lady that served the welcome drinks was abit moody and kinda spoiled the mood, not sure if she’s having a bad day or something else but as a FOH, you should always be able to serve the guests in the most accommodating way.

The room is beautifully renovated and the room was spacious. I liked that the room wasn’t carpeted, more hygienic. The only downside is the shower; the water pressure was too weak and the water always felt lukewarm.
