A very exclusive hotel. The room is very big, clean and relaxing. A strategic location where it is close to popular tourist spots and basic needs. The best breakfast menu, serving Sarawak's popular menu, the delicious LAKSA SARAWAK! Other foods are also very interesting including coffee machines for coffee lovers. You will definitely not regret choosing Pullman.

Better Managers needed

You know the hotel is not going to doing things right when u stay there for 4 days and 3 nights and not a single managers come greeting you and trying to find out if your stay is right. This is what happened in this hotel. We will given an upgrade being Accor Plus member for over 2 decades But then everything went bad after that. The aircon thermostat is not working but when the tech came to fix it, it was blowing so much humidity we felt sticky and clothes feel wet. We given up on the aircon and live with it Then I slip and fell in the bathroom because the cheap slippers they provide had no grip when the floor is wet. I cannot imagine if this had happened to an old very old senior person. Please change your slippers! Breakfast is awful. Coffee machine either ran out of coffee / milk or breaks down. I highly suggest you change to an Italian or foreign brand coffee bean as the coffee bean coffee used is undrinkable. Congee is serve lukewarm and they seemed to be always short handed. Bowls, plates didn't look clean. We ask for late check out as our flight is almost 10pm but we were given up to 2pm no matter how much we beg. It took a friend who is close the the GM to get us late check out at 5pm meaning the room is available for late check out but they just refuse us. Is this hospitality? What have they got to gain by denying the guest what is "perishable product" like hotel room ? Please I hope the hotel owner would read my review and speak to the management that the duty managers ,/hotel managers /resident manager need to be on the floor and speak to guests how they feel, their needs, their experience so they do not cause misery to the guests and create positive image of the hotel. It is a pity because be it the brand, the location, the potential of the hotel, all is wasted with bad leadership

Overall experience was good. However, the check in was quite late. I waited almost 15 minutes, there were few staffs at front desk, but only one lane was functional.
