Geweldig verblijf. Heerlijke rustige kamer. Het enige wat niet goed ging, was dat er door vrienden een pakket was gestuurd. Dit werd niet gemeld. Gelukkig hadden de vrienden dit ons gemeld. Ik ben het zelf gaan ophalen. Zelfs tweemaal omdat nier alles in een keer werd meegegeven. Door andere vrienden was gebeld om een belangrijk bericht door te geven ivm een afspraak. Toen we op de kamer kwamen was het messagelight aan. Niemand wist van een bericht. Toen we weggingen kwam er opeens iemand aan met een envelop met ons bericht. De laatste dag belden we de receptie om onze bagage bij check-out te laten ophalen. Niemand reageerde. We zijn zelf met de bagage naar beneden gegaan. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De staff bij het ontbijt is geweldig. Complimenten voor hen.

Rustige ligging vlakbij de BTS Skytrain en de trein naar de luchthaven. Mooie, nette en comfortable kamer met douche en bad, vriendelijk personeel. De ontbijt-/restaurantruimte is niet gezellig, te groot en lawaaierig. Bovendien is het ontbijtbuffet te verspreid waardoor ik een gedeelte pas na de tweede en laatste keer heb ontdekt. De kamers zijn nogal gehorig. Je hoort de buren praten. Het zwembadgedeelte was een dag gesloten door een fotoshoot.
