The hotel staff was amazing, specially Mahender and the team at the bar. Very helpful. Excellent daily room service, and nice location. Gym, pool, spa, hair salon available. Highly recommend, will definetley book again.

Great hotel , welcoming lobby. The staff was very accommodating and warm. Special thanks to Raymond from room service who took special care knowing that we were unwell. Best location if you are using the metro station as just in front of the hotel . Easy to go to Jumeriah beach or Marina from this location by the tram.

The 2 main advantages of this hotel are the friendly and helpful staff and proximity to the Metro which is right in front of the hotel. I walked into the hotel after a very early morning flight and was greeted by the welcoming smiles of Ifas at the door and Danushka at the check in (reception). Danushka did his best to ensure I got a room as quickly as possible and encouraged me to become a member of Accor hotels. Ifas greeted me every time he saw me and gave some useful tips with regard to transport and shopping and also sourced me taxis when required. Muskan who was in charge of the breakfast spread was very solicitous and took pain to ensure i had everything i wanted. Muskan also had a surprise treat for me in the form of a goodbye chocalate cake. Merry served me my tea most days Keep up the good work
