I would recommend this place based on the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. I arrived late after midnight, having hired a car from Europcar. On the way, I had a tire puncture but couldn’t call for assistance because I didn’t have international roaming. Upon arriving at the hotel, I expressed my concerns to the front desk staff, and they immediately took charge of the situation. They contacted Europcar and arranged for roadside service to repair the car while I was sound asleep. Where else in the world do you find such exceptional service? The location is convenient, and the rooms are decent. I would definitely return. !

We had a wonderful dinner at P ulman JLT. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. A special mention to Kay Kay, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time. Highly recommended!

We came to Pullman JLT Hotel’s Manzoni Restaurant and it was really nice.. food was amazing and staff are really well trained. Kay Kay was our Lovely Waitress and she was treated us like her own family. We will recommend once you are in JLT area Manzoni Restaurant is the best place to visit

Very professional staff and supportive team. We were at this hotel for one week. Every issue / wish was resolved quickly. The rooms are big and the cleaning is done professionally. A taxi stand is in front of the hotel, so there is zero waiting time for a cap ride. The only small disadvantage is, that the hotel is near the main road, so you year the traffic a little. However, the advantage to be 10 minutes walking way from the marina, this location is perfect

We visited hotel 2 times. We really enjoyed our holiday there but when we visited hotel for first time hotel was better. Breakfast as always very tasty. Hotel has amazing locations just a few step to Marina. Hotel employees are kind. Hotel was again well cleaned and we were satisfied with the cleaning of our room. We were in a room on the 7th floor (706) and every day Hein did his job very detail we never lacked anything, our room alway looked thoroughly took care of the cleanliness of our room many Thanks to Hein
