Nefasta experiencia para la reserva y lanestancia

Buenas tardes Sr. Y., Lamento que su última estancia en nuestro hotel no haya sido conforme a lo habitual. No obstante, para futuras ocasiones, siempre que tenga un problema, le agradecería si nos lo comunicara en recepción en ese mismo momento para poder darle una solución, y asi, pase una buena noche, ya que siempre que ha tenido un problema, nos enteramos pasada su estancia con su mala puntuación en nuestra encuesta de calidad. Como sabe tanto Veronica como yo misma estamos a su disposición en el hotel por si quisiera hacernos algun comentario y/o sugerencia. Un saludo Beatriz Aguirre

Nice hotel,about 10 minutes walk from La Grange metro (line 10).Friendly staff,nice rooms and good price,around €30 taxi to the airport.Has a good bar and they do meals as well.Not a great deal to do in the area as its in an industrial area but rooms are at a good price

Decent hotel for business travellers. Rooms are clean and tidy. Room rate is fine. Bar prices are ok. Public transport (Metro) is a bit far from the hotel. Crossing the highway to go to Alcobendas city centre is a bit complex, better take a cab.

not the best i was not a fan of the hotel i feel like there are much better places to go, however ibis hotels are good overall just not this one, i felt like the food was not the best nor was the rooms
