I was in this hotel with my family on 8 January. The hotel looks good, but there is a problem with the heat. It is too cold in the room.... I not recomand in winter time.

The hotel is a 5 minute drive from/to the airport. There is No shuttle. The Room was Clean and quiet. Good water pressure in shower. The Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast had a nice selection of food. Appreciated that breakfast started at 4:30 a.m.

Good choice close to the airport

We spent one night here in June 2025. Pros: 1) The location is very convenient if you are flying into or out of Madrid airport. It is a short car ride away from the airport. 2) There is plenty of parking. 3) There are restaurants nearby. 4) The rooms, lobby, bathrooms were are all quite clean. 5) The bathroom amenities were modern and in good working condition. 6) The front desk is manned 24/7 and the check-out/check-in process was smooth and efficient. 7) The WIFI is free with good speed and connectivity. 8) The place is very quiet at night and the sleep quality was great. Cons: 1) The room size was small. 2) The tariff is bit on the higher side.

Hotel average...not that close to the airport....rooms small...be aware that bar closes at midnight if you are staying at hotel and from a country outside of Spain...Otherwise it seems that you can get served! I'd look for an alternate hotel unless you are desperate!

Recommended budget+ hotel.

Very nice hotel very close to the airport. Pleasant greeting and explained facilities. Third floor room was spotless and, as per web site appeared recently refurbished. The room was compact but adequately appointed with nice touches like USB charging and ample sockets. Nice bathroom with large shower and hairdryer/shaver point. Supplied with toiletries. Television has European news channels and local main channels. Metal shelves, clothing rail and bed table a little rickety and needed some paper under to stop unstable movement, but otherwise an ideal short stay. The facilities overall were good, with a coffee bar and restaurant area. Large TV in lounge area with gaming machines. Left luggage lockers from €4 which we used on our last day to venture back into Madrid before our evening flight. Walkable to the airport and Metro about 400 metres away. Also a bus stop outside. Always a taxi sitting outside. McDonald's 100 metres. Coffee/cafeteria across the road. Quiet inside the room. Rooms serviced on request only, but everything, including new bedding is done. No complaints, and ideal place and reasonable price.
