Please know that the $400 NZD pre-authorization is a standard policy intended to cover incidental costs and is released after check-out; however, the timing of the release can vary depending on your bank. We also apologize for the initial error in your Accor group member rate. We're glad our team was able to resolve this during your stay, but we completely understand how this could have caused frustration, and we appreciate your patience at the time. Lastly, we’re sorry to hear that the air conditioning was disruptive to your rest. Our maintenance team has been notified to look into this issue to prevent future inconvenience for our guests.
