Samim was very attentive and so professional. Always checking to see if we were happy with everything. Went above and beyond. Made our experience that bit better. We are a loyal Sofitel customer who for the first time has experienced the Gatwick Hotel. Thank you we will be staying here again.

Had a lovely drink in La Terrasse this evening before an early flight tomorrow! Samim was incredibly attentive and made the experience really enjoyable for a relaxing drink! Considering this is an airport hotel, the prices weren't bad at all for decent drinks and bar snacks!

I have just checked into the hotel and do far my experience has been awful. The girl at check in was rude and unwelcoming. She did not smile once. I have just come to the bar and had to get the attention of a member of staff as they just ignored me. I ordered my drink, sat and waited. Then realised the couple beside me who had come after me already had their drinks. When I asked where my drink was he asked me what I wanted even though I had already ordered!!! Staff are incompetent and lazy. Room is average.

Alessia checked me in and right from the start she was extremely helpful and even remembered I was trying to locate a bag that was delivered to the hotel in advance. She even went to the storage room to check again. She served with a smile and great attitude. She provided good advice to try to help me find my bag.
