We arrived after a 20 hour Commute from Glasgow so very tired. We were upgraded and the room was superb. A large room with bed, dining area, lounge and kitchen and a wrap round area with seating on top floor. The location was great within walking distance to the lake, bars and restaurants. On site parking at an extra cost which was handy as parking in annecy is hard to find.

Cancelled stay for no reason

The hotel cancelled our stay for no apparent reason. We now have to find alternative accommodation in Annecy. When we looked at re-booking our apartment type was not available and the apartment that was available was £300 more expensive. The Airbnb host where we are now going to have to stay has said that this apart hotel are known for doing this regularly. Do not bother booking as it is too unreliable.

Although not as close to the old city and canals as we would have liked, this is a fantastic place to stay and will do so in the future. Thank you for the fantastic room on the top floor with views of the mountains and city (toward the lake). Although the lake is not visible, the room was spacious and we enjoyed cooking in the small kitchen. Annecy is a delight and although we stayed for 3 days, we did not get to the other side of the lake. Instead we opted to spend an afternoon in Geneve.

Great, well equipped apartment in the perfect spot on the edge of Annecy old town. Apartment was well thought out with lots of storage space, really clean and comfortable. We had a little balcony which was perfect to have drinks on in the evening. The staff were really lovely too - especially notable was one of the managers called Jose who went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed, gave us lots of advice about the local beauty spots, hikes and beaches to visit. He really made our stay an exceptional experience. Thank you Jose and the Adagio team for having us!

We often stay in Adagio Aparthotels because we often travel as a family and having a kitchen is always a plus. We find that Adagio service, comfort & cleanliness is always consistent. Rooms are always clean upon arrival. And although there is no daily cleaning of the apartment, they have cleaning supplies for you to use. This Adagio in Annecy is very well located. It is about 300 meters behind the train station, walking distance to the old town and the lake. Just around the corner is a mall with a big Monoprix supermarket. We had a room good for 3 people with a small balcony. The bed was comfortable but the sofa bed wasn’t too comfortable. The bathroom had both a shower and tub. The kitchen had a small dishwasher and very ample kitchen cookware, plates, glasses, etc. They also had a coffee maker. Air condition worked well, and there were a lot of cabinets for us to use. The people in the front desk were friendly and helpful too.
