Dear "182frankg", Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, though we are deeply sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you encountered. Regarding the absence of facial tissues and hand towels, these items are unfortunately not part of the Ibis brand standards, which provide one large bath towel per person. However, guests are always welcome to request additional bath towels at any time free of charge from the reception. As for the breakfast, which is generally well-appreciated by our guests, it is served as a buffet until 10:30 AM. For those who prefer to sleep in, a lighter option is available at the bar after this time. We sincerely regret that you were unable to fully enjoy this service.
