Très bel établissement, parfaitement managé, offrant des prestations haut de gamme. Il ne manque rien dans la chambre, au contraire certains détails dépesent les attentes. Le personnel est aimable et très attentionné, la plupart du staff ayant des relations avec la clientèle parle anglais.

Siamo arrivati intorno alle 24.00, causa ritardo aereo, e l’accoglienza è stata ottima. Il receptionist ha pagato per noi il taxi e ci ha dato un upgrade gratuito in una bellissima suite con due bagni, molto comoda per i nostri impegni del mattino successivo. Buona colazione, mancava la marmellata che qui non è un alimento molto usato

Prachtig hotel. Wordt zeer goed onderhouden en de kamers zijn steeds perfect in orde. Heel goede communicatie vooraf omtrent het ophalen. Zeer goede ontvangst en zeer vriendelijk personeel. De hapjes in de lounge zijn verzorgd en erg lekker.

Een top verblijf gehad met mijn familie. Als All Accor limitless member kregen we een super ontvangst. Zeer stijlvol hotel waar alles top is. Goed gelegen in het centrum van Xi’an. Een familielid had enkele spullen vergeten en het hotel heeft dat doorgestuurd zonder iets voor aan te rekenen. Echt een geweldige service!!
