Staff and Facility both were great. Spacious rooms with all needful amenities. Location is very centralized with on-site Parking and close to metro station. Staff was always one step ahead of us. Very happy to enjoy vegetarian Breakfast. Very clean and assessible good for family.

I stayed for 3 nights last week whilst travelling on business. The hotel is situated about 20 mins walk from the main area. Convenient for business travel, less so if on vacation. It's 10 minutes from the airport by taxi. All staff I encountered were so friendly and helpful. WiFi is available. The hotel is basic, rooms are clean. I stayed in a suite, which was quite large. There was a fridge with a bottle of water. A nesspresso machine with 2 pods, and a couple of teas. The kettle was pretty disgusting, clearly had not been cleaned in quite some time and had white sludge in the bottom. There was a decent sized safe, and plenty of storage. The bed was large and comfortable. There was a large TV. The bathroom had double sinks, a decent shower with Rituals shampoo and shower gel. A hair dryer was available. Breakfast was provided with mostly continental options, which were fine. There was a small bar and a shop available with options that could be microwaved in room. There was also a small pool, which I believe was closed. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance and easy access to tram stops. Overall, the hotel suited my needs. I would be happy to stay again.

Not near the old town. You have to cross three major roads from the tram stop to access the hotel from the centre which takes 15 minutes on tram ‘Superior doublé’ couldn’t have been a smaller room and felt cramped with the corridor taking up far more space than necessary. Queen size bed just long enough for me 5.8´ but not my partner who is 6.4 » and all the pillows were small and hard unlike their usual selection We knew the pool and dining area were shut but hadn’t expected to see red and white police tape all over the place. Not a great experience and won’t return next time Skimpy hospitality tray - one small water bottle between two and only 2 coffee pods. - one a decaf . !!

Fantastic welcome. We were tired after our journey. The receptionist couldn't have been more helpful. The room was perfect. The location was perfect, great bars and restaurants close by. The walk into town only took 20 mins. Our dog loved it! Would stay here again!

Dear Madam/Sir, I have stayed in your facility between 25 June- 12 August 2023. Here are my notes regarding my stay and hotel. All employees were so kind. Thank them all. I would like to especially thank to, Sarah, Marie and Miarina at front desk. Having breakfast in the weekend was a chaos. It is so crowded. Tables and seats are not enough and some of the foods can be finished easily and need to be waited for renewal. And also cleanliness of cutlery and plates are not sufficient. (This is not only during weekends, I saw some not enough cleaned cutleries and plates during weekdays. The hotel needs to renew the omlette pans in the breakfast saloon. They are fully scratched and this is not good for health. Water in the rooms tasting so bad. I couldn't drink because sometimes it smells humidity - odour. It will be so good if the water can be changed. I had my stay mostly in room 525, the soap dispenser was detached and about to drop, but it was not realized by cleaning staff for some time and I asked it to be fixed. I only got the hotel slippers close to end of my total stay. In my opinion, these slippers are one of the basic but necessary stuff in a hotel room. The bed in my room was not so comfortable, I think it is becoming old and needs to be changed soon. Carpets and curtains in the room also seems to be old and I was feeling some dust sometimes in the room. Lastly, there should be a stand for the luggage in the room. I kept my luggage on ground. To summarize, my stay was good except these items above. Thanks to all the staff for their kindness and helpful approach.
