Wir waren eine Woche in Istanbul wegen der Zahnbehandlung meiner Frau. Wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben im Novotel obwohl es ein wenig ausserhalb der Stadtmitte lag. Es war bereits unser zweiter Besuch dort.

Probleme bei der Buchung und dem Check in. Bestätigte Reservierung wurde ein Tag vom Check in wieder gecancelt. Als ich am späten Abend ankam hatte man erst einmal kein Zimmer für mich. Nach langer Diskussion dann eine Nacht und später 2 Nächte. Nach weiterer Intervention meines türkischen Partners eine dritte Nacht, wie ursprünglich gebucht. Dass das wenig erfreulich war, können Sie sich wohl vorstellen.
