Tasty beer at a great price nice with lovely staff, fresh lime, Nice company, comfortable seating and tasteful atmosphere and decorated well. Big car park with chargers for those who like polar bears and penguins. My servers were attentive and polite

Keerthi was really helpful,loved her service ,helped us choose a drink also…I would love to come here and spend time in this cozy atmosphere and vibe was too good ….the quality of the room was good Service was good The best part was the pool and spa

Well where do I start… booked with booking.com booked as 4 friends two rooms but had a sudden death of a friend and rung spoke to David this morning and what one amazing young man who couldn’t do more to help as much as he already could. More than amazing customer service and walking into the hotel with great big smile makes your experience before you even check in…. If all hotels had a David every hotel would be so much a better place to enter… so so friendly couldn’t believe how iy made us at home before anything.. Thank you David for all your help from the miller family. 🥰

Great stay with the family with and extra special shout out to the breakfast team for making a birthday plater for our son on his special day, thanks to Holly in the team for making his morning extra special and even singing first thing in the morning!

Booked and paid for executive room ended up in a superior room which was in a very poor condition rip on bed frame, rip in chair, no water supplied or additional bathroom toiletries as stated in room extras. The grout in the bathroom floor tiles was nonexistent probably due to shower not draining away quick enough. This was reported to staff. Would not recommend this hotel I’ve stayed in better Premier Inns
