Lovely Family Vacay Destination

So close to town centre and all the major destinations ,the pub the custom shed is so cosy and lovely . Monira and David received us so well . A must gateway for family ! We covered all destinations in the day time and evening we had a relaxing time at the sauna,pool and gym . Our daughter visited all facilities again the next day bcos they were so good .

The food is expensive we were missing a pillow and the one we had had brown stains ,plus the draw was broken

The beds were comfy and the staff are nice the room was quite bad and we couldn’t even find the light switch. I would clean the room and this was the most expensive room and it was horrible I wouldn’t come again the bathroom door didn’t shut properly.

The staff are always so helpful and friendly at this hotel, and make the stay with the family easy and enjoyable. The location is great so are the facilities, along with the ease of parking , it is also a good location for events at the stadium, as walking distance, but edge of city if you want to leave straight from an event. Will def come back again.

Novotel is a lovely hotel, the staff are friendly and helpful. Restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and decent food. The hotel has good facilities available to use, like the pool and gym however I was a little disappointed with my room, however that did not spoil the trip.

Great service- issue at check in sorted quickly. Room was clean. Hotel in good location to local amenities. Meal on evening was great- Antony was wonderful, making sure we were ok all evening and couldn't have done any more to make sure we were OK. Really enjoyable experience
