Très bonne expérience malgré un gros problème de climatisation beaucoup trop chaude et sûrement sale car nous sommes tombés malades tous les deux, rhumes et angines.

Please note that our system is centralized and operates only for a few hours during the day, as the building is designed to keep the rooms warm even when the system is off. Regarding excursions, we are always available to assist in organizing them, depending on the availability of local guides, which is unfortunately beyond our control. However, we are sorry that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Regarding the "privilege" room, we apologize for the oversight regarding the bathrobes and slippers, which should be provided in all rooms of this category, and for the lack of an espresso machine. Our goal is always to ensure maximum comfort, and we will review and improve these aspects to prevent similar situations from occurring. We sincerely apologize for the disturbance caused by the machine noise on your first night and the inadequate soundproofing. We have already taken note of this issue and are working with our team to improve soundproofing in critical areas. We are pleased that your second room was more comfortable, but we regret that you still experienced issues with the bathroom window and noise from the neighboring room's shower. The heating system in our hotel is currently turned off during the day, as the outside temperature has been relatively high and the building naturally retains the accumulated heat. However, we understand that this may not have been sufficient for your comfort, and we apologize for the inconvenience. Our reception team is always available to assist with any requests, including temperature adjustments in the rooms, and we regret that in this instance, the necessary communication was not provided to ensure a more comfortable stay.
