First day due to electricity issues all of the guests were not allowed to get in their rooms. We arrived around 12pm and got into our room for the first time around 5pm. A couple of guests were treated differently as they raised their voices and threatened to call the police. They were accommodated in another building while our request was denied. Also, the manager didn't offer at least refund for portion of first night. When we get in the hot water for the shower didn't work. When I called the front office, they said it would take at least one hour. The other issues were bed, pillows and thin walls. We couldn't sleep very well due load snoring noises from other room and also very uncomfortable mattress and pillows.

The hotel room was dirty. The shower floor had dirt stains. The shower handle fell off during use. The bathroom door had grey filth where people have been touching it. Clearly never cleaned. The toilet had, what I believe to be pee at the base of it. Towels and robes were ragged and falling apart. Worst ALL property I’ve ever stayed in. Worst hotel I’ve gotten in Italy. The room just felt gross. Breakfast was pretty good.

I booked a "Dependance double room", which is located on the fifth floor in a building a block away from the main hotel. The room was clean and modern, but a bit noisy when it came to the plumbing and next door guests. Breakfast was good with a variety of options, especially for those with a sweet tooth.
