We unfortunately doubled booked this hotel. Since there was no reminder email sent on this reservation, we missed the window to cancel it. Hotel refused to refund us even we went to the reception to ask for it. Not like IHG or Hilton bran hotels, they DO send reminder emails for upcoming reservations. Even IBIS in Accor brand send reminder emails. Yes it is our fault that we double booked it and did not cancel it on time. But as a 4-star hotel, they did not have up-to-date IT system and refused to show some courtesy to their customers really put reputation down. Yes this time you charged 220 euros and are happy about it. But you are losing a potential customer for your future. Do NOT recommend this hotel at all. BTW, we booked this hotel through their website/official app. No excuses on some 3rd party booking channel that did not send emails.

I stayed three extra nights after my tour ended and felt very comfortable staying at the hotel. It was close to shopping, great restaurants, and other tourist attractions. It was ran very efficiently and very clean. Staff very accommodating. I would recommend staying here to others.
