Not happy at all. The room I was given has air conditioning system that didn't work properly. Low pressure water in the tap. Rang to reception and told them everything, no reaction. Asked whether I can speak to manager, the answer was only on Monday.

We stayed one night on our way to a Southern resort. Hotel is clean, rooms smell good, front desk helpful. Valet parking for our rental car was organized (25 euros). Breakfast continental+eggs+Italian spreads beat expectations!

The hotel is well located in a quiet area, which made for a peaceful stay. The family room was comfortable and spacious, though the bedding and towels looked worn — the towels in particular were quite thin from over-washing. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection. Unfortunately, the overall impression was badly damaged by an incident at the reception. Staff were initially friendly — I was told I could use the conference room for a work call while my room was being prepared. I settled in there for an important business call that lasted about an hour. At some point, a staff member named Valeria walked in without knocking or any warning. Despite it being obvious that I was on a call (wearing headphones, with an active video call in progress — at that moment I was speaking with the company's president), she insisted I needed to leave the room. I politely explained that it was a work call and would end in 10 minutes, but this didn't stop her — she kept talking while I was still on the call. Her tone and body language were disrespectful, as if I had no right to be there. No apology followed — she simply walked out. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially considering the room was offered to me by the hotel itself for that purpose. It sharply contrasted with the initially friendly impression and left a bad taste after an otherwise pleasant stay.

The hotel is superb, very new, well decorated with spacious rooms. Location is great with many restaurants nearby and most touristic places are a few walking minutes away. The staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great. The only downside was that the smat TVs are not connected to the internet. I will definitely stay there again on my next holidays.

All was exactly as expected. Hotel was in an excellent location. Staff were helpful and polite. Room was spacious and clean. My only issue was that I was allocated room 101 - IYKYK. Enjoyable stay, would recommend without hesitation.

Staff was professional and fantastic. The BLDG and room had significant issues. We lost power 2 of the three nights of our stay. The couch had a large tear in the armrest. The shower was moldy and leaked.

Found a silverfish in the room, changed room and the refriderator did not work, the AC was very strange and stoped work when the balcony door was open, and the wind kept open the door. We had to change The cards to the room 3 times during our 2 night stay because they did not work.

The location and facilities were quite good. The housekeeping was outstanding. But the reception staff were definitely not welcoming, friendly or very engaged with customers.

I arrived on Fri evening 2 days before meeting my tour group. I arranged taxi pickup from hotel . Extra charge. But taxi was waiting for me . Welcoming smile from the receptionist. I never asked his name. Check in process smooth and efficient. Room was in the main building. A nice room . Good facilities. Only thing I was disappointed with was I had no view. . My window opened out overlooking a fire escape. But other than that everything else was spot on. Plenty tea coffee towels . Comfy bed clean . .Breakfast was excellent. A buffet breakfast. Plenty to eat . Constantly been replenished. Staff friendly . Bar staff very courteous. Filled my water bottle with chilled water. A very good initiative as it was very hot. In palermo. Overall happy with my stay. WiFi was good. I know people who stayed before said it wasn't great in the other building. But where I was it was good. Would stay again.
