We stayed two nights in Mercure Palermo. The first night is quite disastrous. The room is in a separate building and there is no wifi. I tried to call reception, the phone connection was not working as well. They promised to fix in some time but never fixed. I have to spend my own cost for the wifi. I want a refund or compensation for the experience. The room they changed for the second night also didnt fit to what we booked. We booked for a large double bed but only gave us two single bed...
