All was fine with this hotel except a consistent noise we got the all night in the room making our stay in this hotel the worst of the all week in Sicily. When we have mentioned this inconvenience the receptionist she immediately reject the responsibility to an other building not even an apology. This reaction was so fast without even trying to understand what was the issue that we believe nothing will be done to try to fix it.
