We have addressed the cleaning issues mentioned in your review to our housekeeping team.The team has several procedures and supervisory checks to ensure the above issues do not occur.The Mercure Nadi Hotel is not new but has a lot of history. The ambience is totally different from 4 start and 5 star hotels as we are only 3 star. We apologize for the standard you received, we will ensure this one off mistake does not occur in the future.
