The hotel was set in a great location in central Queenstown with no noise. The service was great, breakfast yummy. The rooms were spacious, lovely and clean with all requirements taken care of.... overall a relaxing mini break.

Great hotel in the heart of Queenstown. The room was spacious and the best were comfortable. The freshly cooked breakfast to order was a delight. location excellent. Staff excellent, friendly and accommodating. Room great, larger than the average hotel room with lovely bathroom and separate shower, that is the shower wasn't over the bath. Would certainly book here again. We had breakfast whilst here and it was certainly worthwhile.

Right in the heart of Queenstown. Super convenient to walk around, shopping, dining and relaxing. Services and very friendly staff members here. Definitely will be back more. Also, hopefully the border will open soon and bring tourists to boost up Queenstown tourism industry.

We had a couple of nights in Queenstown and were very appreciative of how superb the service was from everyone we came across despite the massive drop (up to 95% for some) in business. The staff who obviously have dual or extended roles now worked with style and panache and you never felt like they were struggling. Thank you for treating us like royalty and ensuring your challenges behind the scenes did not impact our stay in any way.

Probably the best hotel in Queenstown. Great location in the center of town - easy walk to shops and restaurants. Good sized rooms and excellent shower. Very friendly and attentive staff, both reception and bar/dining.

We enjoyed the upgrade to a very nice corner room with 2 balconies. The hotel is very conveniently situated in the Queenstown CBD. Ralph and the breakfast team were very friendly and attentive. We look forward to returning next year.

OMG!!! Certainly the BEST hotel in the Southern hemisphere. Ideally located, with the most scenic views, well sized rooms having superb amenities and the icing on the cake was yummy delicious food served by passionate, polite, courteous and caring staff. We loved our stay at the sofitel. Great staff and service, they were always very friendly and accommodating. The room we stayed in was so nice and relaxing. The location was one of the best parts for us. Right in town for easy walking distances to the warf, shops and restaurants. We had a great stay and can't wait to come back.
