Not a pleasant stay experience.

The hotel is well located near the airport. However, it faces the airport and the Geneva - Lausanne motorway so there is traffic noise 24/7 due to poor insulation. The rooms are small with no extras. The on-site garage is inadequate. Worst was the bed. It has three loose layers of mattresses, which move sporadically. Because of this I fell twice to the floor during the night!

Very comfortable and spacious room with lovely bathroom.Quiet. Fast check-in. Shuttle bus in evening was good and driver friendly. Room very cool and no instructions for changing AC. A kettle would be nice for making hot drink ! Shuttle bus stops early in the day. Staff said I could walk , which I did, but they didn’t warm me that path could be very muddy - which was difficult in holiday sandals !!

Very beautiful hotel. During my stay the amenities were top notch, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, the beds well laid and succulent to sleep on. There was no noise and I really enjoyed it you should definitely book them if you come to Geneva on holidays

All encompassing and Wonderful stay, good amenities, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, the beds well laid and succulent to sleep on. There was no noise and I really enjoyed my stay. Highly recommend it if you’re coming to Switzerland on vacation.

The hotel itself is located close to the airport, only 3 stops away on the no.10 bus from the airport. The free transport pass was very handy and helpful. The hotel was prompt in ensuring I received the travel pass before my family and I arrived in Geneva so that was definitely very efficient of them. The room itself was clean and well kept. Comfortable beddings. The bunk bed was a little hard for my elderly mum to get onto so it is something to keep in mind when booking such rooms with bunk beds. The staff especially the cleaning staff were friendly and always had a friendly hello whenever we passed them by. I shaved off one star because there was no kettle in the room. I have stayed in hotels in the past that did not have kettles but usually the reception would have one they would be happy to lend out for a bit. The shock here was that in order to get the kettle from the reception you would have to pay a €20 deposit. I did not have cash on hand so i ended up using my card. The hotel did release the holding fee back immediately when i returned the kettle, but nevertheless it was a constant worry at the back of my head while I was using the kettle and it was just something I have never encountered before.
