Worst hotel

Stayed in 3 Ibis hotels over the weekend this was by far the worst. Didn't feel safe. Car park dirty, worryingly we had to use the access key to have access to the stairwell to the rooms which was dirty, room dated and small, pillow smelt. Breakfast area like a child's playschool. Stay not at all enjoyable.

Stayed at this hotel several times driving down to southern Brittany from Calais and have always found it excellent. Great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Nice room with Seaview. Good value for money.

Family room- first day the air-condition didn't work. Toilet for children only very small and broken. Breakfast- you need to wait all the time for something (no plates, no glasses, no fork, no bread, etc). Lobby team not nice at all. Very bad experience!!!

Clean nice rooms however air conditioning did not work properly and we did not manage to get any compensation…. Breakfast menu was very thin even if they had fresh orange juice. Location is great just a couple of steps away from the beach well suited for taking a swim

The staff was very helpful, polite and nice. The hotel was quiet, with very few guests and I think this was a plus. I have stayed in many Ibis hotels and in terms of rooms furnishing and age, this was the worst. Just be comparison, the Ibis Styles in Flers is much better.
