West brompton 지하철 역이 가까워서 런던 여기저기 편하게 다닐 수 있었고, 늦은 시간에도 인근 식당과 마트 등을 편하게 다닐 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 호텔은 조용했고, 매일 깨끗하게 방을 정리해주신 덕분에 쾌적하게 이용했습니다. 다만, 아침 특정 시간대에 조식먹는 숙박객과 여행객이 너무 몰려서 엘리베이터 이용이 불편했습니다. 계단을 잠시 열어놓으면 좋을 것 같습니다.

Average and stupid service charge on everything

This is far too expensive for an Ibis. Was given a room right next to the lift, no water in room either. Also, they charge 10% service charge for everything - even a pint at the bar, which is already £7. When I asked why the guy said ‘because it’s better for us’ - he then pointed to the section where I was asked to leave a gratuity as well. Not a chance. This isn’t America. Similarly, tried to get an Appletise from the downstairs bar. £6! Which included 50p service charge. For what? Getting one out the fridge and giving it to me?!

Good location, clean tidy rooms, warm greeting at Reception by Elijah, who was very attentive, and informative, have stayed several times and will definitely stay again

Excellent customer service at restaurant, nice atmosphere, excellent food ( thanks to chef who done a perfect medium well stake) and special thanks to Noura who served us with such a nice presence, kindness and helpfulness,nothing was to much and her smile made our evening enjoyable.
