The Breakfast team was very good and helpful . They served tea coffee eggs sausage all to excellent standard . The front lobby was decorated with best Christmas decorations with Bobsleigh and two real looking Reindeers . Checkin and Checkout was smooth

Hotel is in great location, close to bus and rail stations. The rooms and communal areas are very clean and staff are helpful. Being an Accor member, we were upgraded by Gabby on arrival and appreciated the extra space and free minibar, and bar vouchers. Many thanks Gabby for organising.

The worst food we ever had in a hotel, the rooms were average but service was poor. Reception staff was friendly though but restaurant food was so awful we had to send to food back 2 times, it was inedible. I do not know why they operate a restaurant when even they cannot do a proper sandwich or a basic PIZZA!!

We arrived at Novotel London West to early for check in and left our bags with concierge, after a short wait our room was ready and checked in by Charan who upgraded our room, thank you. Rooms are a good size and bed was comfortable. Checking out was nice and easy.

Breakfast was absolutely delightful! The entire area was spotless and well-organized, with everything constantly replenished and refreshed. The breakfast staff were exceptional—attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist. Angela, the manager, truly went above and beyond, ensuring every detail was perfect and all our needs were met. The level of service was outstanding, and I would highly recommend this experience. I will certainly be returning!
