Dear, Thank you for your message and for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your C. experience did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify that the L. C. you requested had been confirmed until 2:00 PM at the latest, as communicated at check-in. Our colleague Luna called your room at 2:30 PM, which is 30 minutes past the agreed time, and did so without charging any additional fees. We understand that it can be inconvenient to leave the room, especially at the end of a stay, but we also have to consider the schedule of our housekeeping team. They need sufficient time to clean all rooms before the end of their workday, which is why we unfortunately cannot allow L. check-outs until 3:00 PM, even with an extra charge. We are sorry if the tone used during the call came across as impolite — that was certainly not the intention. Your feedback will be shared with the team to ensure better communication moving forward.
