Hôtel propre , bon accueil , les Chambres sont propre et d’une taille suffisante . Petit déjeuner assez restreint mais c’est un ibis budget . Hôtel disposant d’un grand parking gratuit . Endroit calme . C’est la troisième fois qu’on vient et cest toujours aussi bien . Merci à Louise pour la propreté de la chambre .

Untuk pertama kalinya menginap bersama anak-anak di hotel ini. Niatnya hanya agar bisa istirahat setelah lelah bermain di kawasan Ancol. Baru sampai di luar pintu hotel sudah tercium aroma hotel yg sangat menenangkan. Dan ketika check in, yg kami dapatkan adalah FREE UPDGRADE ROOM with ocean view! Wohoooo lucky me! 🥳 Setiap sudut Mercure Hotel sangat menyenangkan. Mulai dari lobby, lift, kamar, Sunda Kelapa Restaurant, dan Nelayan Bar. Tidak sampai disitu, swimming poolnya pun sangat pas untuk liburan anak. Ketika kami akan berenang, swimming pool dalam posisi ditutup, ketika saya tanya jam berapa akan dibuka, jawabnya adalah karena sebelumnya hujan deras maka swimming pool ditutup sebab petugas memperhitungkan keselamatan dan kenyamanan pengguna. Good job! Berhubung cuaca sudah cerah kembali, maka swimming pool beroperasi kembali. Ditambah playgorund yang lengkap dan sangat luas. Tidak hanya anak-anak, orang dewasa pun bisa menikmati permainan yang disediakan di dalam playground. Sedikit saran, alangkah baiknya jika makanan ketika breakfast dapat lebih bervariasi. But overall, makanannya enak-enaaakkk :)) Kebersihan hotelnya juaraaaakk!! Honestly, Mercure Hotel Ancol akan masuk list kami untuk kembali jadi tempat family staycation..

The hotel is at the back of an industrial estate and close to the road network,it was quiet with plenty of parking even though it was busy. The room we had was on the ground floor and was tiny,not enough space for two people with luggage. One side of the bed was very close to the wall and didn't have any sockets to charge devices. The bed was okay,but not good for reading. The bathroom was just odd,a shower cubicle with a fixed shower head at the height for a giraffe,water went all over the walls. This shower room opened straight onto the bedroom where there was a dirty looking curtain hanging right next to the narrow bedside. It just doesn't work with the sink open to the bedroom and just one towel each,it was disappointing. The toilet had a cubicle without any sink,it wasn't good. We had to squeeze past the bed to access the toilet etc,it wa very tight. It was VERY basic and with just one pillow each was like a hostel. The AC wasn't working and blew cold air constantly,it wouldn't change temperature. The TV was tiny along with a tiny table and stool,it wasn't comfortable. One four separate occasions our key card failed and each time we got a different excuse! Breakfast was provided in a small room with some sharing tables and a few other tables. We tried to manage this by going early but it wasn't anything like we expected and received in other Ibis hotels. It was a few cold items ony, with only a few put out at a time Some contractors were staying at the same time and they quickly decimated this. Staff were slow to refill,and the next morning a coach party were in at 7am and the same problem occured. Its okay as a pit stop nothing more, there seemed to be a shortage of accommodation in the area and i believe they took advantage of this.

We would like to inform you that our rooms comply with the size imposed by the Accor charter for Ibis Budget hotels. Consequently, our rooms are not small but are called "normal" sizes for an economical stay. We are an Ibis BUDGET and not an Ibis CLASSIC-RED. Our reception is open 24 hours a day, during your next stay, if you find the pillows too small, we can lend you others. Regarding air conditioning, we have two modes for the entire hotel, either heating mode (where you can adjust the temperature) or air conditioning mode, which gives cold air. We believe that at certain times of the year, heating is not necessary. However, if it is too cold, you can simply turn off the air conditioning. We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future. Best regards. Margot, receptionist.
