uygulamadan yaptığım rezervasyon ile otel kayıtları uyuşmadı check in sırasında problem yaşadım ve otele 1-2 saat geç giriş yaptım reception da bekletildim....

Dear Guest, thank you for taking the time to answer our survey. We are really sorry to read your dissatisfaction on the welcome and services provided. We have checked your booking and no delays have been registered by the reception staff on the day of your arrival, except for the usual time needed for all our guests registration procedures. For your booking the error made online while making the reservation on the room type booked has been solved by our staff by changing the room type into the desired one without applying any supplement, even if usually applied. We hope we will have the chance to welcome you again in the future and send our best regards, Ibis como staff
