I traveled a lot in the world and I can make all kind of differences between 3, 4, 5 stars hoteles. I understood from the staff of hotel that the company which owns this hotel have the own view about what is need for travelers inside the room. The room was ok being large one with good things inside. The bad one is the lack of slippers. I never imagined that I will come in a 4 star hotel and to carry with me my own slippers from home specially when you come with a small lugage. Other way almost was good in room excepting the cleaning. Sorry for that. The breakfast was very good. Another thing which I could not understood was why the beverage for welcome could not give for me and my husband, just one drink. The area where is the hotel is far from center of Munchen but we were in a organized trip so we do not care about it.

Nice Hotel in a Great Location

The location of this Novotel is good. It's next to a mall (Riem Arcaden) with several supermarkets (Edeka, Vital and Aldi), so getting things is easy. It's also next to the metro station (München Messe), getting to it was easy. The hotel was very clean, if a bit pricey! There's also a great restaurant nearby (Ciao Bella) -- I'd recommend it -- reasonably priced, and great food!

Perfect location for shopping and close to international convention center.

Room with shopping mall and metro station side is good. wide range of Breakfast. Polite and helpful staffs. Vey convenient hotel nearby International convention center. Easy access to Metro and nearby Big Shopping mall. well maintained property.

Smelly hotel & dirty rooms & rude staff

We stayed here for 2 nights for the Adele concert. So over priced hotel room as you can imagine but the room was smelly & dirty the carpet not even vacuumed and the glass doors were filthy with dirty hand marks everywhere. The cleaners like to knock your door every morning 8am so they wake you up without setting the alarm. The bar staff were unhelpful and miserable and so were the reception when I told them my issues. So all in all terrible stay take your buisness elsewhere if you can .

Nice Family Stay

Our room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and our room was ready in advance of 3pm check in. Metro station just outside the door. My only issue was I was being quoted €52 for breakfast for 2 people?! I declined and used the bakery next door. Other than this, I would stay here again.
