Room with shopping mall and metro station side is good. wide range of Breakfast. Polite and helpful staffs. Vey convenient hotel nearby International convention center. Easy access to Metro and nearby Big Shopping mall. well maintained property.

Smelly hotel & dirty rooms & rude staff

We stayed here for 2 nights for the Adele concert. So over priced hotel room as you can imagine but the room was smelly & dirty the carpet not even vacuumed and the glass doors were filthy with dirty hand marks everywhere. The cleaners like to knock your door every morning 8am so they wake you up without setting the alarm. The bar staff were unhelpful and miserable and so were the reception when I told them my issues. So all in all terrible stay take your buisness elsewhere if you can .

Pokój wysprzątany słabo, brudne ściany które wystarczy przetrzeć magiczna gąbka, brak do not disturb tag i sprzątacz wszedł do pokoju od razu po zapukaniu (X1) gdy właśnie wchodziłam pod prysznic, śniadanie stanowczo za drogie, obsługa na recepcji bardzo niedoświadczona - np. przy check out pan nie wiedział czy zapłaciłam za pobyt i mnie pytał. Lokalizacja na koncert Adele była wspaniała i z pewnością był to jedyny powód żeby zapłacić za noc ponad 300 EUR...

Our room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and our room was ready in advance of 3pm check in. Metro station just outside the door. My only issue was I was being quoted €52 for breakfast for 2 people?! I declined and used the bakery next door. Other than this, I would stay here again.

What made my stay special was that the staff were so incredibly helpful. My room was cool, clean and quiet. The food in the restaurant was good and the breakfast was great with a wide selection. But the truly outstanding thing was the 'can do', service-minded attitude of the reception staff. They received packages for me, lent me a screwdriver and on it went.
