Nice area, not exactly in the city center but not too far away, clean room, daily cleaning and towel change. Nice inner garden though it could be used more intensely and better arranged. Nothing in the mini-bar, just one bottle of welcome water left in the room. Breakfast with good options! Warning! If you came by car, because the hotel is inside the inner circle of Munich, the car must have green sticker sticked on the windshield. This green sticker can be bought online and delivered physically in an envelope home (but it takes days or weeks) or bought from TUV or DEKRA (but have short daily program and not in weekend) NOT IN ANY GAS STATION, not online to be used immediately. Is only valid if physically sticked on the car. THE HOTEL DO NOT WARN YOU TO BUY IT, even if you announce that you come by car.

Rude reception not convenient for the big building

Worst reception I have ever had, I had to wait more than 15 minutes for check out on the queue only 2 people for a very big hotel. Hotel is too big and you have to transfer 1 elevator to another to reach your room, hotel includes 2 buildings which is connected internally. Comfortable beds

My stay at Pullman Munich was my worst hotel stay as far as I can remember. Considering the purpose of my trip being for business, internet access is essential. The room (263) I stayed at had extremely horrible internet access both through WIFI and my 5G. As a result, I wasn’t able to make Teams calls or even send emails. I spoke to the hotel staff on two occasions. The first time, I was bluntly told it is what it is and I should stop complaining. The second time they promised to come back to me but it never happened. To be fair, internet access is okay in other areas of the hotel so it is just a matter of putting in another extension. I would urge my colleagues to avoid Pullman Munich if they can. In fact, I would be in touch with our corporate travel team to see how we can inform all travellers of the situation here. It is just that bad.

Located between the “English Garden” and the restaurant strip at Leopoldstraße/Schwabing, this is a good place to stay in Munich over a weekend. The rooms have a comfortable size and terrace for outdoor seating, the inside yard is very quiet and the facilities are modern, including gym and sauna. Just the service… We arrived at 2pm and were told to wait until 3pm to get a cleaned room. Lucky, the receptionist offered us a free drink while waiting (which was not the house policy, as her boss told her afterwards). When we finally got our room, the cigarette smell from the guest before was unbearable (though smoking not allowed), so we had to change again. Room service means pick-up your order at the garden restaurant… could be better at this room rate.

PULLMAN ALLOW STRANGER ACCESS TO OUR ROOM DURING MIDNIGHT !

SUPER BAD EXPERIENCE FROM THIS HOTEL. They just simply allow outsider to ENTER OUR ROOM!!!!!! Was having 4D3N stay in PULLMAN MUNICH. Our room 924 which located at lower ground floor. First 2 night was great, the last night was nightmare. Me and my friend was sleeping in our room. Out of sudden I heard there is someone walking and moving at first I thought it was my friend going to bathroom until I opened my eyes it was a Fxxxking Stranger Guy inside our room!!!!!!!!! We shoutttt we screammm! The guy walked out from our room but we still keep on screaming and nobody(staff/security) come for help !!!!!! It’s was freaking helpless. The next morning, we spoke to the hotel manager, asked for CCTV roll back and request to find out the guy since they said it’s one of the guest . But they’re unable to proceed, they mentioned there was some system issue that they couldn’t check back and mentioned the guest wasn’t not around now!!!!! Please think twice before you booked this hotel! Helpless staff!!
