⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Service & Relaxing Atmosphere at the Lobby Bar I had a wonderful experience at the Lobby Bar of Sofitel Hangzhou West Lake (Xihu). The ambiance is elegant yet relaxing, making it a perfect place to unwind, whether for a casual drink or a quiet conversation. What truly made the experience special was the outstanding service, especially from the Lobby Bar Supervisor, Maria. She was extremely professional, warm, and attentive, ensuring everything was perfect throughout our visit. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail really reflect the high standards of Sofitel hospitality. The drinks were well-prepared, the service was prompt, and the overall atmosphere was calm and luxurious. I highly recommend the Lobby Bar to anyone staying at the hotel or visiting Hangzhou, and special thanks again to Maria for making our time there memorable. Will definitely visit again!

Great, modern hotel very close to the scenic West Lake. Excellent hotel buffet breakfast. My husband was sick one day and couldn’t come to the buffet for his included breakfast and they allowed me to take food back to the room for him which was appreciated. Comfortable, modern and hygienic rooms. Highly recommended for tourists to the area.

Our experience at Sofitel Hangzhou Westlake was absolutely exceptional. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. Even after our stay, they went above and beyond to help us with an important matter. Their hospitality and dedication truly make a difference. We are deeply grateful and highly recommend this hotel.
