I recently stayed in this hotel.and it exceeded all my expectations. The service was outstanding—attentive, friendly staff who made me feel welcomed from the moment. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, right by the beautiful west lake.Whether you're visiting for leisure or business, this hotel offers the perfect blend of great service and an ideal location. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience Hangzhou's charm while staying in comfort and style. Special thanks to Nischal Karki and bar staff for the great service and gentleness.

Lovely hotel located next to the beautiful west lake. Excellent breakfast and very supportive staff. Nearby you can find lots of shops and restaurants. The hotel itself offers a well located club lounge at the 5th floor. The gym is rather limited and the pool I've never used, however with the lake and the park next door, outdoor activities are more interesting anyways. Special thanks to Maria and Nischal from the service team.

great location 5 minute walk from West Lake, staff communicate in English and proactive. We will stay this hotel for next visit.

The service at the bar was excellent, with Maria providing us with lots of care and attention! :D. The pear soup was especially delcious. however we felt that the pina colada could have been less diluted, but overall a fantastic experience and a great way to end of the night!!

We stayed at tbd Sofitel. It has an excellent location to the West Lake. Beautiful services and food.Tim at the conceige service was very fren dly and helpful in organising tours fkr us etc
