Where do I start? I had booked a "Premium Room" - on my booking (and online). Among other aspects this states "... tea & coffee" (there was NONE!). Also my shower was fairly luke warm (definitely not hot), and if there was air conditioning it definitely didn't work!! I like a cool room, not a stiflingly hot one (even with the window open) The hotel website clearly states: - "Trendy lobby bar and food corner with a choice of home-made snacks available 24/7" - NO! I stayed 2 nights and it was closed completely on the first night, closing at the very early time of 22:00 on my 2nd night (which was a Friday) - Under "Hotel Services" it still states (despite me complaining) "Laundry / Valet Services : Dry cleaning / Ironing" So why couldn't I get my clothes cleaned? I was away for over 2 weeks, and rightly decided to limit my baggage weight by allowing washing at the Ibis!! I was most unimpressed that I couldn't (so had to take a lot of time out of my holiday to do it myself). The attitude of the staff left a lot to be desired! If that had been stated in my own country it would be against the law (advertising a service you don't provide!) but I don''t know what Czech law allows...
