Hotel świetnie zlokalizowany. Ale jak na 4* to brak szafy, a WC bez umywalki to jest raczej szok!

Dear Magdalena, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I am pleased to read that you appreciated our location. At the same time, I sincerely regret that several aspects of the room design and housekeeping service did not meet your expectations. Please allow me to explain that the room layout, including the open storage concept and separate toilet area, follows a modern design standard introduced within Accor properties. However, I fully understand that this concept may not be practical or comfortable for every guest. I also sincerely apologize regarding the condition around the bathtub and the towel replacement despite your effort to reuse them according to our environmental guidelines. These points have been shared with our housekeeping and technical teams for proper follow-up. Regarding payment options, thank you for your comment as well. Payment by card remains our standard method for individual reservations, however we appreciate your feedback regarding alternative solutions such as bank transfer. Przyjemny hotel. W dobrym położeniu. Ogólnie byliśmy zadowoleni. To na co warto zwrócić uwagę, naszym zdaniem: nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji w łazience, ogólnie słaba restauracja TATA, bar na tarasie niedziałający, brak powitalnego napoju dla gości, o którym się pisze w aplikacji.

At the same time, I truly appreciate your constructive comments regarding the areas where your experience could have been better. Please accept my apologies for the unpleasant smell in the bathroom. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide, and your feedback has been shared with our technical team for further inspection. I also regret that your experience at our Tata restaurant did not meet your expectations and that the terrace bar was not operating during your stay. Depending on the season and weather conditions, some outlets may operate on a limited schedule, however I understand your disappointment.
