Dear Magdalena, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I am pleased to read that you appreciated our location. At the same time, I sincerely regret that several aspects of the room design and housekeeping service did not meet your expectations. Please allow me to explain that the room layout, including the open storage concept and separate toilet area, follows a modern design standard introduced within Accor properties. However, I fully understand that this concept may not be practical or comfortable for every guest. I also sincerely apologize regarding the condition around the bathtub and the towel replacement despite your effort to reuse them according to our environmental guidelines. These points have been shared with our housekeeping and technical teams for proper follow-up. Regarding payment options, thank you for your comment as well. Payment by card remains our standard method for individual reservations, however we appreciate your feedback regarding alternative solutions such as bank transfer. Thank you once again for your honest and constructive comments. We truly value your feedback, as it helps us identify areas where improvement is needed.
