Dear Karolina, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are happy to hear that you found our hotel comfortable, clean and well located, and that you appreciated our recently renovated rooms. Regarding the towels, ibis follows a simplified room concept, which includes one towel per guest as standard. However, additional towels are of course available upon request. I am sorry that the extra towel you requested was removed during the following room cleaning – once requested, it should have remained available for you throughout your stay. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and, most importantly, for your wonderful 10/10 recommendation despite this small inconvenience.
