Niestety wentylacja/klimatyzacja dla mnie nie działała temperatura w pokoju była zbyt wysoka, dodatkowo opłata, podatek miejski został mi doliczony większy niż było we wcześniejszych wiadomościach. A od godziny 9:00 było słychać stukanie młotkiem…. Pokój czysty i komfortowy, bardzo miła obsługa jednak dla mnie zbyt wysoka temperatura w pokoju i te poranne dźwięki młotka spowodowały, że pobyt nie był tak komfortowy jak mógł być.

At the same time, I sincerely regret that several aspects of your stay negatively affected your comfort. Please accept my apologies regarding the room temperature and ventilation system. I am also very sorry for the disturbance caused by the noise in the morning. This is certainly not the experience we want our guests to have, and I regret the inconvenience caused. Regarding the additional charges and city tax, please allow me to clarify that local city taxes are determined by municipal regulations and may vary depending on the booking details and reservation channel. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni, hotel posiada parking bardzo dobrą lokalizacje w New Town, nie dostaje 10 dlatego ze wielka szkoda ale w pokojach nie ma lodówki. Ogromny plus, na każdym piętrze znajduję się maszyna do której można nalewać sobie wody świeżej, gazowanej lub nie, za darmo. Byliśmy w 3 dorosłe osoby cena nie wygórowana, a pokój duży czysty z ręcznikami.
